Dear Network, I am currently enrolled in an #INSEAD Executive Education program, with a focus on #coaching . One very relevant part of the course is, that we need to coach individuals within organizations. I’m already a coach (Tavistock Institute) and this is an additional qualification with a slightly different approach, focusing on a systems-psychodynamics perspective: Broadly speaking, the interplay of your roles, your person and the systems you are embedded in. What I am doing with my peers, is creating a joint list with people who want to be coached, so that we can all coach people from each other’s network - not from our own network. The first session is free of charge. The rest will need to be agreed with the individual coach (they have different levels of experience and different rates). However, the fees might be significantly lower, compared to the ones you would usually pay for coaches, with a similar qualification. All in all it’s an exceptional group of very interesting people with a lot of experience in different walks of life.
