Accountability is the secret ingredient I’ve spent almost 15 years working solo, but I also love a strong partnership. I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with Andy Lambert for over five years, on monthly webinars and the SocialDay ® B2B Forum, and over the past year I’ve also been working on two new books, both co-authored. One book, with Tom Bowden-Green will be released next week, and the manuscript I'm working on with Manimuthu Arunmozhi is due to be submitted by end of play Thursday! 📚 What’s connected all of this has been accountability - regular calls and lots of messaging. Shared work has a different kind of energy, and the right collaborators make the process - and the outcome - better 🙌
